Q: Does GPP also apply to quotations?

A: Yes, as from 2022, GPP applies to all tenders and quotations of €5,000 value and above.

Q: Does GPP apply to Concessions and Preliminary Market Consultations?

A: It is not mandatory to apply GPP to Concessions and Preliminary Market Consultations. However, if the Contracting Authority wants to insert GPP, they are highly encouraged to do so.
